Canyoning:Descent of water courses in canyons, with transposition of water obstacles, horizontal or vertical.” (ABNT). In this descent, the participant crosses waterfalls, jumps, toboggans and other natural obstacles using various exploration techniques - such as rappelling, floating, diving and jumping. Canyoning consists of following the path traced by a watercourse inside a canyon, from its beginning to its end.
The course aims to train new autonomous athletes.
